LC’s Fall Open House Celebrates Release of Neighborhood Metrics

Under twinkling lights and the setting sun, community stakeholders will gather at the Ice House Courtyard (100 43rd Street) to celebrate the release of Lawrenceville’s first-ever Neighborhood Metrics Report, tour the Ice House Studios, and enjoy the company of community in the peak of fall.  At this event, attendees will find the following:

  • Print copies of the Report and supportive visuals summarizing key findings
  • Ice House Studios trick or treat & tour, including exclusive access to the studios and workspaces of Chez Lapin, Steel Dragon Kung Fu & Lion Dance, Rainstick Dreams, Keith & Co Design, Gingerly Press, and the Artists Association of Pittsburgh
  • Chalk and coloring books for the kiddos or the inspired adult
  • Drinks, light snacks, good company, and fall coziness

The Lawrenceville Neighborhood Metrics Report is a comprehensive report on the neighborhood that includes everything from demographics, housing, and real estate development to business district vitality, mobility, and the environment. With a strong track record of results and a history of leading on issues of regional importance, LC will leverage the data from this report in tandem with our neighborhood partners, plans, and ongoing community input to advocate for much needed infrastructure investments, guide organizational strategy and priorities, and move us closer to our collective vision of Lawrenceville.

Information is an invaluable resource, and it is the goal of this project to share it with the broader community. Read more about the report here, and join us in celebration on October 27th from 5-7pm by RSVPing at bit.ly/LVFallOpenHouse. This event is free, kid-friendly, and open to the public.
