Yoga Workshop – Chakra Clearing

Autumn is a season of clearing to prepare for the hibernation of winter. In this class we will clear the energy of each chakra~ lightly cleansing and then balancing the energy~ to allow us feel happy, healthy, balanced and whole as winter approaches.  Essential oils designed to harmonize with the chakras will fill the air and we will close class with a wonderful cleansing tea!
