Free Introductory class to Capoeira Angola

This introductory class will cover a broad range of activities to gain an overview of the Afro-Brazillian art of Capoeira Angola. We will do some basic capoeira warm ups, learn some basic skills and how they work, followed by a bit of music and finally play with the basic skills you learned at the beginning of class.
