The Executive Director of the Lawrenceville Corporation is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and programs that promote, maintain and enhance economic development and improve quality of life in the Lawrenceville community.
Lawrenceville Corporation is seeking an experienced leader in community development, with a track record of:
- Developing and executing strategic plans
- Organizational management and administration
- Building and leading a team
- Sound financial planning and oversight
- Demonstrable results in fundraising
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in collaborating and building consensus around short- and long-range plans and programs, as well as the experience and knowledge in community development, urban and regional planning, non-profit management, business development, and real estate development to identify emerging issues and implement new approaches.
