For two afternoons in March, Garden of Mind will be hosting a workshop for those looking to start a practice of Yoga, Mindfulness work, and/or Meditation but aren’t sure where to begin.

These practices can have a powerful impact on the mind in ways that support efforts to move through anxiety and depression. Yoga is an ancient science and one that addresses all aspects of our being. When it comes to anxiety and depression we cannot just address one part of ourselves as these experiences often involve an interplay between mind and body and other dimensions of our being. Yoga therefore can be an exquisite tool in addressing the many interconnected layers of ourselves at once.
