Monday, December 5 the wait is over. Join us all night as we celebrate our inalienable right to imbibe when we bust open our barrel-rested Bamboo! Like its evocative namesake, the Bamboo cocktail is imported from the Land of the Rising Sun, originally created by an American ex-pat near the turn of the 19th century. Light, dry and refreshing, it showcases the delicate characteristics of both sherry and vermouth, highlighted by both bitter and floral aromatics. Tender’s spin on this 120-year-old classic features a barrel-seasoned Amontillado sherry, Dolin Dry Vermouth, salted Cynar, Regan’s No. 6 Orange Bitters and a bit of Demerara syrup, tempered with a rest on Cherry wood. Just like its forebearer, this cocktail will mature and change as it rests in the barrel, and will be available to help you celebrate all winter.
