Come join award-winning Brooklyn author Lesley Ware, style expert, educator, and entrepreneur, for an afternoon of fun fashion activities and a chat about her new book, My Fab Fashion Style File. Lesley found her passion for fashion in Pittsburgh, where she lived before moving to New York. Her latest book, My Fab Fashion Style File, is a personal style sketchbook designed to inspire and educate young readers about fashion concepts while encouraging them to develop their own unique style!

Lesley helps tweens and teens discover their personal style and talents through fun and creativity. She has written two books: Sew Fab: Sewing and Style for Young Fashionistas, selected by Amazon.com editors as one of the best children’s nonfiction books of 2015, and the recently-published My Fab Fashion Style File. Lesley is grateful to her publisher, London’s Laurence King, for giving her the opportunity to empower the next generation of fashionistas.
