Keith Clouse Lithography Exhibition Opening

On December 11th from 6-9PM Purple Room Fine Art in conjunction with Chromos Eyewear presents Keith Clouse. Keith’s work features black and white imagery of both working and decaying mills and the people who worked in them translated through lithography printing.

Keith Clouse works and resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His work features black and white imagery of both working and decaying mills and the people who worked in them, translated through lithography printing.

The prints are then exposed to rusting sheet steel through which they absorb the rust as a patina, or coated with varying degrees of amber shellac and mounted under glass on backgrounds of steel shaving. The frames are welded steel angle bar which has been allowed to rust.
