In response to identified Community need, the Lawrenceville Corporation is developing affordable mixed-use, mixed-income housing at 3330-3350 and 3400-3404.

LC is committed to bringing responsible development to the neighborhood, looping residents in and getting their input on design and how the building fits into the landscape of Doughboy Square.

After a robust discussion in July, the project team has taken the feedback and will present their initial renderings for community discussion.
