Bright Blessed Day/Dark Sacred Night

Bright Blessed Days/Dark Sacred Night is an exhibit of pastel paintings by local artist Diane Grguras. The title is a line from a Louis Armstrong song that was one of her Mother’s favorites. For the past two years Grguras has been concentrating on the sky finding it as interesting at night as it is during the day. The most intriguing times for her to paint are predawn and twilight when details and color drop away. The opening reception is May 6, 1:00 – 4:00 pm.  Gallery hours are 11:00 am – 6:00 pm, Thurs., Fri. and Sat.
