Spring Equinox Oracle Readings by Centa Schumacher

Centa will be giving readings from her custom deck, The Radiant Threshold, which is also available for purchase in the shop. 

Centa describes oracle readings as an alternative to tarot, using symbols of her own creation and non traditional divination symbols. 

Attendees can receive a reading for $1/minute, 10 minutes minimum. Readings can be scheduled in advance at www.caseydroege.com/oracle. There will be limited slots available for walk- ins. 

New artwork by Centa will be available for purchase during the event.

Light refreshments will be served and guests are welcomed to check out additional artwork in the shop.

In her lens-based practice, Centa Schumacher uses abstraction and luminance to explore ideas of consciousness and the indefinite. Uninterested in what the camera can do as a factual recording device, Schumacher works with a lens assembled from vintage camera elements, creating a unique tool that distorts light and perspective. The resulting images become a portal between natural phenomena and the unseen world.
